Building on existing business, the successful candidate will be expected to generate increased sales through partnership with both existing and new customers leading to the growth of this business in a UK territory.
Based in our Cranfield office, the successful applicant will be part of a strong and successful sales and technical support team and will have responsibility for liaising with customers on all technical aspects of our product range. Working with customers in a region of the UK, the role will involve customer visits, presentations, equipment demonstrations as well as the preparation of quotations and correspondence and providing telephone support.
This is a challenging and rewarding sales role which requires a flexible approach to working and a willingness to travel.
A good basic salary plus quarterly sales-related bonus will be payable. Benefits include company car, private medical insurance and membership of a Company Pension Plan.
Previous experience in a sales role is required for this position.
Requirements
Applicants will have a strong technical background, to graduate level or equivalent in physics, mechanical engineering, materials engineering or electrical engineering. Previous experience of positioning equipment, together with good communication skills, commercial awareness and familiarity with Microsoft Office software will all be beneficial to this role.
Appropriate product and sales training will be provided.
