PI Ceramic located in Lederhose, near Jena is where we manufacture our piezo ceramic material. All key technologies relating to the production, testing and assembly of piezo products is kept in house. The product range now includes lead free PZT for both sensing and actuation applications.
The facility includes a multilayer fabrication line where we manufacture our patented PICMA ceramic coated actuators (left) and motors.
Piezo parts can be supplied sub assembled onto substrates with prototype batches being made available in a short timescale.
Like the rest of our manufacturing organisation PIC is cetified to the ISO9001:2008 quality standard, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007.
